- 30 December 1993, Hualon Corporation Vietnam was incorporated as a 100% foreign-owned company under the Foreign Investment Law of Vietnam.

 -1996: Established the Draw Textured Yarn Plant with 76 Draw Texturizing machines.   

 -1995:  Established the Knitting Plant with 135 Circular Knitting machines.

 -1997: Established the Two For One Plant with 134 machines total.

 -1997: Established the Weaving Plant with 2128 Water Jet Looms.
